HIPAAFlow provides educational materials, document templates, workflow tools, training materials, and organizational features intended to assist users with HIPAA-related compliance preparation and operational management. HIPAAFlow is designed to help users organize compliance efforts, generate documentation, and manage ongoing compliance-related activities.

HIPAAFlow does not provide legal advice, legal representation, compliance certification, HIPAA certification, or guarantees of regulatory compliance. Use of HIPAAFlow does not make any user, organization, or system HIPAA compliant or HIPAA certified.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Implementing appropriate safeguards
• Reviewing generated documents
• Configuring technical and administrative controls
• Maintaining compliance practices
• Training workforce members
• Managing vendors and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Users should consult qualified legal or compliance professionals regarding their specific circumstances.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the platform and for reviewing all generated materials before use. Generated templates, workflows, and recommendations may require modification based on the user's organization, technical environment, jurisdiction, vendors, and operational practices.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use the platform for illegal activities

All platform content, software, branding, workflows, training materials, and documentation provided by HIPAAFlow are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may use generated documents internally for their own business compliance purposes.

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• HIPAAFlow reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or platform features at any time.

HIPAAFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. HIPAAFlow does not guarantee:

• HIPAA compliance
• Regulatory approval
• Audit success
• Legal sufficiency of generated materials
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIPAAFlow shall not be liable for:

• Compliance failures
• Regulatory penalties
• Legal claims
• Operational losses
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users assume full responsibility for their compliance activities, implementation decisions, and operational practices.

HIPAAFlow may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

HIPAAFlow may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
